Where video visits are available

  • California
  • Idaho
  • Montana
  • Wyoming

You need to be physically located in one of these states at the time of your visit. Dr. Guier is licensed in all four.

Video visits work well for

  • New joint pain or a recent injury you want evaluated
  • Reviewing X-ray, MRI or CT results
  • Second opinions on a diagnosis or recommended surgery
  • Follow-up visits and recovery check-ins
  • Home exercise and physical therapy guidance

You may need to come in person if

  • Dr. Guier needs to examine the joint hands-on
  • You need new X-rays or other imaging
  • You may need an injection or a procedure

If a video visit isn't enough, Dr. Guier will tell you and help you set up next steps.

For a severe injury, an obvious deformity, or numbness that won't go away, go to the nearest emergency room or call 911.

Dr. Guier patiently listened to me describing my symptoms... He even made a zoom call with me after our appointment to show me one stretch that I could practice on a daily basis.
