Choose Second opinion on the request form and tell us where you'd like to be seen.

Our office will tell you how to share your imaging, reports and the recommendation you received.

Meet Dr. Guier
Visit in San Francisco or Santa Barbara, or by video. He'll review your images with you and examine you when it's an in-person visit.

Leave with clarity
You'll know what he sees, what your options are, and what he recommends.
What to bring
- The actual images from your X-ray, MRI or CT (disc or portal access), not only the reports
- Imaging reports
- Notes from your prior doctor, including any surgical recommendation
- A list of treatments you've already tried
- Your questions, written down
